It is about enjoying a day of sport climbing, aimed at people who have received training (courses) and know how to ensure with gri-gri, but that they need security when going out independently. The guide will equip a series of climbing routes of different difficulties; from the 4th level to the 6th , so that you can progress from 1º of rope or 2º of rope, and receive advice on progression and gestures from the technician.

OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS:

Climb 1st rope or 2nd rope routes. Advise on the level of technique and gestures when making progress. Review of safety maneuvers. Know a new place to climb. Know people with whom to form a rope in the future. Improve weaknesses from workshops and exercises.

Program

We will meet at 10:00 directly in the proposed climbing sector in the Berguedà region. We will be divided into ropes of two people where we will be climbing a variety of routes, both of difficulty and style, under the supervision of the climbing technician.
