The course lasts only 1 day; aimed at those people who have previously received training in multi-pitch climbing but need to refresh and/or update themselves because they have not climbed for a while or because they feel unsafe when performing the maneuvers.

Program
We will start the day by holding meetings at the foot of the route and answering any questions that may arise. We will then do a 1st pitch of a route to practice meeting at height and belaying our partner. We will rappel and choose a pitch adapted to the participant's level. The location may be either Montserrat or Berguedà depending on the weather or at the request of the participant.
