It's about enjoying a day of sport climbing, aimed at people who have received training (courses) and know how to belay with gri-gri, but who need security when going out independently. The guide will equip a series of climbing routes of different difficulties; from level 4 to 6a , so that you can progress from 1st rope or 2nd rope, and receive advice on progression and gestural skills from the technician.

OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS:

Climb 1st or 2nd pitch routes

Advice on technique and gestures when progressing

Review of safety maneuvers

Get to know a new place to climb.

Meet people with whom to form a rope team in the future.

Improve weak points through workshops and exercises.

Program

We will meet at 10:00 directly at the proposed climbing sector in the Berguedà region. We will divide into two-person roped groups where we will climb a variety of routes, both in difficulty and style, under the supervision of the climbing technician.
