The Pedraforca mountain is an icon of climbing in Catalonia and climbing a route on the South face in winter is an experience that is difficult to forget. The quality of its very compact, limestone rock and the vertical environment with views of the Pedraforca valleys will be key to enjoying a spectacular alpine climb. Activity aimed at people in good physical shape and who have had previous climbing experiences. Although the activity is not demanding in terms of technical difficulty, it is in terms of endurance; there are 500 meters in total of elevation gain between climbing and climbing. The guide will supervise the activity at all times and will lead the roped group from start to finish.
The Program We will meet at 7:30 in the town of Saldes and head to Pedraforca. Before starting the climb, there will be a review of personal equipment and a review of safety rules. The technician will lead the roped group from start to finish. In the event of adverse weather forecast or change of plans, the guide will choose the most suitable route in order to adjust the level of difficulty and enjoy the experience to the fullest.
