Program

Objectives and contents:

  • Climb routes as the 1st leader in a team safely.
  • Correctly secure the teammate safely.
  • Reunion maneuver and dismount route.
  • Know the use and operation of technical climbing equipment.
  • Knowledge of technique and vertical mobility.
  • Training resources to climb sport routes.
  • Read and interpret the review to find the route.
  • Know basic climbing knots.
