The ascent to the southern part of Pedraforca via the Gran Diagonal is very attractive and exciting. Strictly speaking, it is not a ridge, but we have added it due to its similarity while progressing; where it will be necessary to climb and make aerial steps with the best environment of the southern face of Pedraforca. During the experience, we will cross the spectacular Cova dels Talivans to reach Prat del Reo. Then it will be necessary to make a fun climb along the Gran Diagonal without too much difficulty, until we reach the summit of 2,455 meters. The most technical and exposed sections we will be tied to fixed ropes or I will belay you myself with a rope from above to guarantee safety. Once at the summit, we will make 2 rappels of 40 and 25 meters until we reach the scree of the fort. If you have never rappelled before, don't worry. I will give you all the necessary instructions to do it well and feel safe. Highly recommended activity, aimed at those who like climbing rocks, away from crowds and on a different route from Pedraforca.

The Program: We will meet at 8:00 in the town of Saldes (Berguedà). Before starting the climb, there will be a review of personal equipment and a review of safety rules.
