The ascent to the summit of Pedraforca (2,507m) is very varied; we will start from 1600m; following a pleasant path where we will find sub-alpine vegetation of black pine, juniper and boxwood. As we advance, the landscape will change radically, the vegetation disappears to leave bare limestone rock, compact and perfect for climbing step by step to the summit. During its route we will have very good panoramic views of Berguedà and the Cadí mountain range. In order to better understand the presence of this wonderful mountain I will give details of geology, flora and fauna in an agile and easy format. Activity aimed at those people who enjoy a good state of physical fitness.
