The Pedraforca mountain is an icon of climbing in Catalonia and climbing a route on the north face in summer is an experience that is difficult to forget. The proposal is to do a combination of climbing and ridge climbing; the route is located on the north face (specifically we will climb the Civis Genís route with 6 pitches), and will help us access the Cabirols ridge, reach the summit of Calderer and finish by culminating at the summit of the North Pedraforca ridge. During the route of the ridge we will climb under the watchful eye of the "cat", which we will have to climb and rappel to continue our feat, always enjoying the verticality of the north face to our right and feeling the alpine atmosphere at the tips of our fingers. Experience aimed at people who have done similar previous activities and are in good physical shape. The guide will supervise the activity at all times and will lead the roped group from beginning to end.
Program We will meet at 9:00 in the town of Saldes and head to Pedraforca. Before starting the climb, we will check your personal equipment and review the safety rules. It is advisable to spend the night before the experience near the meeting point, to arrive rested and fresh for the activity. The reliable accommodation we recommend is the Cal Manel hostel located in the town of Saldes.
